Research Introduction
Technological development of extreme ultraviolet (EUV), vacuum ultraviolet (VUV), and deep ultraviolet (DUV) optical thin films, high-damage threshold laser thin films, transparent conductive films, graphene, solar selective absorbing coatings, diamond-like carbon (DLC) films, plasma-polymerized thin films, moisture and gas barrier films, and anti-plasma corrosion coatings; design of vacuum equipment including ion source-assisted electron beam evaporation, magnetron sputtering, ion beam sputtering, plasma polymerization, vacuum spraying, microwave plasma, and atomic layer deposition (ALD); as well as the integration of optical monitoring and optical metrology to achieve precision optical coatings and conformal optical coatings on microstructures.
