光學生醫影像資訊、奈米生醫材料、單分子生物物理、光學生物感測、雷射光譜
發展以單分子技術並整合光電工程、奈米材料及奈米生醫等核心領域，探討光學生醫影像、光電感測資訊等生醫光子研究議題，進而以分子尺度探討細胞訊息傳遞、生理行為、組織功能等，以建構分子誘導、操控之研究應用。
