Nanophotonics Last Revised: 2020-08-03
Introduction

Given technological advances, the nano material and nano technology have received increasing attention in many academicals and industrial fields. For the theoretical researches, the key technology adopted is the electro-optical characteristics of the metal, semiconductor and dielectric materials in the nanometer scale. For the engineering applications, it is important to achieve nano-fabrication. The way of shrinking the dimension of nano structure using physical or chemical techniques. The research interests are including: Photonic crystal, Surface plasmon polariton, Quantum Well/ Dot, and Metamaterial.
