OS6061 Laser and nonlinear optics
Last Revised: 2024-03-08
Course Objectives
Some selected topics on Lasers and nonlinear optics including the principles of lasers, laser system design, fundamental of nonlinear optics, lasers and nonlinear-optic systems, applications of lasers and nonlinear optics will be studied and discussed by covering both theoretical design principles and experimental realizations of systems. For this course, I suppose you have accomplished the courses “Electro-optics”, “Laser physics”, “Laser physics”, and “Waveguide optics” or have the equivalent background knowledge.
